Logos became very slow 2 days ago.  It takes now 5 Minutes to open and freezes up other processes until Logos is fully up.  No other program shows a similar behavior, which points to a Logos problem.

Hi Ulrich - and welcome to the forums

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

To try and understand what is going on we need to see some diagnostic logs.

Please:

  1. enable logging
  2. start logos and let it run until it is fully open
  3. stop logs
  4. post the logs you will have created in a reply to this thread using the paperclip icon

Details of doing these steps are available at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem

Thanks Dave, I wasn't aware of this page.

It's a recent one, and doesn't seem to be linked to older web pages, so i'll add it to the wiki.
