BUG: Printing Errors in Logos 6 Manuals

I'm creating this thread in hopes that Faithlife will review the printing issue in the Logos 6 Manuals reported in the thread below.
It appears there are potentially multiple issues with at lease one printing of the manuals including missing text and diagrams and incorrect page references.
