[resolved] Crash after 6.3 B1 install
Here are the logs.
The install seems to have completed properly. The program opened to my last layout and started to load and then crashed. I can work around it by opening to a blank layout and then opening another saved layout.

Mark, thanks for the report. I've alerted a developer and we're looking into this.

I was able to take a screen shot of my layout quickly before it crashed. I then opened to a blank layout and was able to reopen all my tabs except for Graph Bible Search Results and a Topic Guide. Don't know if one of those was the problem or not.

Scratch that. Once I closed and tried to reopen, it crashed again.

Fred, it would probably help to gather your log files from today and .zip them up and attach them to a follow-up post.

Here are my latest logs.
How can I get back to stable? I need to use Logos this week. I tried to do a System Restore, but it said it failed because a file could not be accessed. Can't I just somehow install 6.2 over 6.3?

Looks like a problem with Power Lookup - others have seen this as well
Do you have this open in your Layouts? If so, what happens if you remove it

Not easily - you would need to uninstall and remove your resources and download them again as some may have been updated as part of the 6.3 upgrade

Thanks, Graham. It may be the Power Lookup. I restarted from a blank layout and reset it up without Power Lookup, and it is no longer crashing.

Fred - Beta testing is not for the faint hearted. It has the possibility (but not the probability) of bringing down a whole system. The received wisdom is that you do not engage without a fall back system preferably on a separate computer.
If you have only one installation and your use of Logos is critical you should consider moving back to the stable version at the earliest opportunity.
Shifting back mid beta is often time consuming and fiddly.

This crash should be fixed in 6.3 Beta 2.
