[RESOLVED] CRASH: 6.3 Beta 2 Mac

Switching from an OT layout to a NT one. Everything proceeded to be progressing at its normal glacial pace when Logos disappeared from the screen without any system crash report.

Logos did not request a crash report upon restart.

Repeatable

Loaded Logos 6.2 in Windows 7 via Parallels and loaded the Romans layout without incident.

Mine crashes that way also. Did not crash on this layout in 6.2 Win via Parallels.

The layout will load without incident from a blank screen. The crash seems to occur when closing the original layout in preparation to open the new one.

Jack, could you provide a screenshot of your layout (from the Windows VM, clearly [:)])? The logs seem to indicate the error lies somewhere in Search, but I can't tell more detail than that.

I'm also curious if removing any Search panels from the layout in Windows, saving it, and trying to open it on the Mac will work.

Is this my punishment—having to use Winders? Screenshot of the main display:

Screenshot of the secondary display—Note that Winders wants to move everything up even with the main display even though this one is shorter

Clicking the resize bar on the right will bring all windows down

Haven't reported the placement error previously because I figured it was a Windows problem.

It hasn't crashed since I Installed Beta 3.

After reading your post, tried a half dozen or so layout shifts without incident. Most of my layouts seem to have a large number of open resources, so this should be a good test of the fix.
