Faithlife Today Video clips
During several of the Faithlife today video clips they have had some narrated intros to different cities which are very well done. I can get a few showing up in my resources when I search for something like Corinth or Sardis, and it has a play button overlayed on it, but when I click the resource in my Logos Desktop it opens up a web page in my browser that never loads. Are these a resource that is available as a part of a product? Why do they show up like they are in my Media collection but aren't there, or can I purchase them. I find them quite informative and helpful! Thanks!

I just noticed that they play in Chrome but not IE. I usually use Chrome but for some reason the link was opening in IE. But can they be something that is available on my computer and not online?

Thanks for the feedback. For me it looks like these videos launch windows media player in IE. I imagine if that isn't setup they won't do anything. I'll see if our team can find a better solution for playing them in IE.

Yes, I asked about this soon after the launch of Logos Now. I also could not get the videos to play in IE (which I was told by tech support that I had to use IE as my default browser to get my Mobile Ed videos to play). I copied the link to chrome and it instantly played. So can I use chrome by default now? I would love not having to use IE at all, but from what I understood, that wasn't possible to play videos in Mobile Ed.

I'm not sure why this would be a requirement. I asked tech support about it and they were not aware that this was being recommended. There was an issue with videos not playing on app.logos.com but that's since been corrected. To my knowledge there is no specific browser requirement for playing the videos. In fact they were able to play the videos with several browsers.

This should be fixed in 6.3.
Video links from the Media Browser should now open properly regardless of what browser they open in.

Are these narrated Faithlife TV videos only available to Logos Now subscribers? I did a Media Search on Ephesus and only got two Faithlife Study Bible videos (unnarrated).

All Faithlife Today videos can be found here: https://today.faithlife.com/
The Media Browser mentioned above is a feature specific to the Logos Now subscription.
