Is there a way to select some Biblical text and do a search on the selected text without including the footnote letters or numbers in the search (which will return nothing because the superscripted footnote marker is interpreted as a regular letter)?   I know you can manually delete the footnote markers, but it seems that Logos should be able to differentiate between footnote markers and real text.

if i understand you correctly, try clicking the visual filters (the 3 circle thing) and select Bible Text Only.

I answered this but I think i don't understand what the request is for...

Can you elaborate what it is exactly you're going for?
