[resolved] Logos will no longer open with new Beta
When I updated my Logos to the newest Beta, it no longer wants to open. It crashes all the time. I've erased it and re-downloaded the program but it still doesn't work. I will try to go back on my Time Machine to see if that will fix the problem.

I am half techie, but I wasn't able to read what I needed to... Hopefully a full fledged techie will be by soon if we don't resolve things.
For clarification: If I remember right, you tried to use time machine to revert to a previous version... is that right? Is your CURRENT version the beta 6.4? (The logs indicate such). Have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the command key IMMEDIATELY after starting the app. The sign in box should appear with your credentials already filled in. Click continue and hopefully Logos will open with a blank layout.
I do see that there was an error about Logos expecting a certain version of a resource, but an older one opening instead. If you can open to a blank layout, run the command update resources to (hopefully) update the corrupted file and get back to work.

Yes I have tried to reset my logos back a step before the new Beta Update but once I did that, it would just pop up saying that I don't have the latest update and not work from there. So what I did is I downloaded the latest beta version directly and it still brings me back to crashing before it even loads the homepage.
I've tried holding the command key down and it does bring me to the sign up page, but as soon as I leave that, it crashes yet again before I can open the homepage.

OK. I will check again to see if I can figure out the logs. It seems that there is a mismatch of a resource... I don't know if that is THE issue or not.

That comes from v6.3 Beta 1.
The "uncaught exception" in v6.4 Beta needs some attention from the Developers.

There is an issue with bad shortcut data in 6.4 Beta 1. The issue has been fixed internally and will ship in Beta 2

Beta 2 has fixed the problem! Thank you so much, it's actually unbelievable how much I use my Logos. Thanks for allowing me to share my woes with you. It is pretty special to be a part of a team that fixes things.
