I just found out that a friend's cousin was one of the co-authors of this book.
Redeeming Creation: The Biblical Basis for Environmental Stewardship by Fred Van Dyke, David C. Mahan, Joseph K. Sheldon, Raymond H. Brand (IVP, 1996).
Not available in any digital form yet as far as I can tell, but it looks like it would be worth doing, even though it's probably a bit dated with other more recent books covering this ground.
