Jo, do follow Graham's suggestion so that Faithlife can help diagnose what is going wrong. But also, do you realize that Logos 6 is now the current version and it's free to upgrade to the Logos 6 core engine? If you have a computer that could handle it (see the System Requirements at the bottom of that page), that might be the way to go, as any bugs in Logos 5 are likely not going to get fixed anymore at this point; all future development is focusing on Logos 6 and beyond. However diagnosing what is going wrong could help MVPs find a resolution for you that could get you able to function again (it might not be a bug in Logos, but rather perhaps one of your databases has become corrupt and can be deleted and regenerated).
