TIP of the day - oldies weekend: Save your searches
Robert Pavich said:I did a search that was a little complicated: The words of Christ that are also a verb, active, imperative.
here is the syntax
(([field words-of-christ] *) = <lbs-morph+el ~ V??M????>)
I don't want to re-type that next time I ask for a similar search but I don't know how to save it so I can use it again....
Jason said:I suggest opening a note file and saving these searches in it. At least then you only need to copy and paste the command.
Jonathan Burke said:Keep the favorites tab open as you run a search, then click 'Add' in the favorites tab. Your search will be added to your favorites.
To re-run the search, simply open the favorites tab again, and hit the name of the search. It will immediately open and run the search. Favorites can still be organized with folders, as previously.

When doing a research project I copy and paste the search strings into the document that I am using to keep my notes.
I also jot down how many hits and if it was useful. Sometimes the search that did not look like that it worked that I rejected later proved to only need a tweak to get what I needed. I end up with everything in one place - my research notes doc.

Thanks MJ.
What would be an amazing resource is a compilation of a large amount of specific searches that could be shared in some way with the broader community. It could serve as sort of a library of different searches. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think anything like this currently exists. Of course there is a lot of helpful information in the wiki - https://wiki.logos.com/Detailed_Search_Help but no comprehensive list as far as I'm aware.

I won't do it immediately as I'm in the process of getting ready to move. So someone else may step up or you'll have to wait a bit.
