there is no evidence of a crash, but the logs show you accessing a Passat (Big Smile) List. Provide Windows Event viewer entries from the time of the crash.

I provided all the files that were created in the Verbum Logs folder with a date of July 5. I had expected Crash and Error files but there were none.

Correct; this is why Dave and I asked for Event Viewer information.

Please provide the crash information for Verbum.exe.

In your screenshot, you had selected LogosCEF.exe, which is irrelevant to the crash.

BTW, it's more useful for us if you select multiple events, right click and choose "Save Selected Events", then upload that file (rather than pasting a screenshot).
