So now that we can set our library to show only a certain collection, does anyone see much value in hiding resources anymore? Hiding resources wasn't intended as a library management feature; it was designed to solve one problem: "This is a resource I never want to see again. Make it go away." (See previous discussion.) This has certain benefits: It won't be downloaded. (E.g., on a new computer or if it's updated.) It won't take up space on your disk. It won't be indexed. It won't show up in search results of your Entire Library. It won't appear in Guide sections.
