logos 6 won't open on os x 10.10.4
I note that Logos logging failed which may account for the lack of logs we need. So I recommend ensuring you have the latest version 6.4 SR-3 and contacting Tech Support if the problem persists.
You might be able to start Logos by holding the CMD key at the same time.
Hi Adam, to piggyback on what Dave suggested, I would remove the existing Logos application file from the Applications folder, and replace it with a new copy from www.logos.com/core. This will not force you to redownload or index your library as those files remain on the machine when deleting the application file.
