I updated to 6.5 Beta 4 (6.5.0.0017) which was followed by a few data update downloads. Now, when I launch Logos and let it sit, it will crash within 5 minutes. This happens repeatedly when launching with a layout and without a layout (by holding the control key during launch). Indexing was completed. Logs attached. Computer specs below. Even rebooted computer and retested - same results. OS current with all updates.
Procedure:
Logs for launch with layout:
8611.Logos_w-layout.log
8231.LogosCrash_w-layout.txt
6327.LogosError_w-layout.log
Logs for launch without layout:
7367.Logos_wo-layout.log
0066.LogosCrash_wo-layout.txt
6740.LogosError_wo-layout.log
This is the same crash Mark was experiencing for which we pulled Beta 4 from the download servers: Here
We have a fix internally and we hope to ship a Beta 5 to fix this sometime today. This was caused by some new code for indexing user documents when a note has bad rich text data.

There is an issue with beta 4 which causes the issues you are describing and so it has been withheld pending a fix - details at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/113506.aspx
According to a response in that thread this happens when user documents are indexed so if you can avoid editing / changing any this might stop Logos crashing.
Thank you, Dylan and Graham. Sorry - I missed the previous report by Mark.
This should be fixed in 6.5 Beta 5.
Works well now. Thank you.
