A13- Home Page

I updated several hours ago to A13. I still do not have any of the home page articles. I've made some adjustments on the windows side and it is updating the tool bar (preferred Bibles, reading lists) but there are no articles showing up. I have left the home page up for a long time, restarted Logos and nothing. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem here. I suspect my logs look similar to yours. But it is the same problem. I'm curious how to proceed. Reinstall? Reindex?

I reinstalled the program last night and it did not help the issue. I haven't tried reindexing and really don't want to. I need to use my computer and indexing kills any productivity.

Reindexing won't help. We're not sure what the issue is, but I can assure you, this is not something reindexing will fix. Save your CPU cycles...

We'll take a look at this when we get a few minutes. From what I could tell from the logs, nothing appeared to be amiss:

One thing I do know is that in Windows, you can remove certain home page providers. If you have Windows installed, and you have "Logos Blog" deselected from your content, you won't get any content.

I have the "Logos Blog" selected on my Windows version and still I get nothing. It seems a few others are beginning to have this issue too.

Wonder about command or keyboard shortcut to refresh Mac Home Page ?

Opposite situation occurs too - my Mac Alpha A13 Home Page has "Logos Blog" information. Customizing PC Beta 8 home page to uncheck "Logos Blog" causes PC Beta 8 home page to remove "Logos Blog" information, PC Beta 8 "Sync Now" writes "Logos Blog" preference to Logos Servers. However, Mac Alpha A13 home page continues to display "Logos Blog" - running "Sync Now" shows home page preference update, but Home Page still has "Logos Blog" information.

Quit Mac Alpha A13a, unchecked "Logos Blog" on PC Beta 8, "Sync Now", quit PC Beta 8, launched PC Beta 8 => last layout displayed (looks good), clicked "Home Page" - did not have any "Logos Blog" entries. Launched Mac Alpha A13 => last layout displayed (wish window size had been kept), watched Logos4.log file - saw some interesting lines:

A13a layout returned - clicking "Home Page" found "Logos Blog" information still present. Wondered about 3rd time charm ? quit and relaunched again - "Logos Blog" information still displayed on Home Page.

Changed A13a "Show home page at startup", quit and relaunch continues to have "Logos Bog" information on initial Home Page => puzzled.

A-13a Home Page shows the "Welcome to Logos 4" window, but nothing else. Logos Blog is selected in Windows.
