Windows 10 - cannot print from Logos 6.4 SR-3
I am trying to print a two page notes file and a two page clippings file from Logos under Windows 10. All it does is show that it is spooling to the printer when I open the printer information panel.
I have tried this on two networked printers and both fail. I am able to print on these printers using other programs and Windows 10 (Word, Publisher, Outlook). I was able to print to these printer before the Windows 10 upgrade (under Windows 7).
Any suggestions? Anyone else having this trouble?

Thanks.
I have W10 on my desktop at the office which where the problem is. I haven't received the notice yet to update my laptop at home. Until I know more about this issue I would probably wait even if the notice came today.

I had the same problem today. At the present the only way I could print was to sent to Microsoft Word. Hope to hear a solution soon.

Thanks for verifying what I've seen.

Seems to do this no matter where you print from within Logos (notes, books, etc). Same results using some PDF printers. The exception is Microsoft Print to PDF, but it pops up and asks for the name of the file to print to twice, ignoring the first filename and creating an invalid pdf. (L6.5 beta 5, W10 Pro)

Thanks for confirming this and checking it out further. Hopefully it will be a small thing for FL to correct.

My Epson NX430 says the document is Spooling - it doesn't print (v6.5 Beta 5).
Also the native (new in Win 10) Microsoft Print to PDF doesn't work ("spooling" as above) whilst it works OK from MS Word.

I can confirm that is happening to me, too. XPS export is also broken (it appears to work, but I get "This page cannot be displayed" when I open the file).

No one has stated that this type of printing works from any other non Microsoft program.
Please test some other program that printed under W 8.1 or 7. And report back - Thanks.

Except that this is not a network sharing issue!

I read a rather large update came out for Windows 10 today, I wonder if anyone experiencing print problems has updated and tested pritning again? I am reluctant to move to Windows 10 with Logos problems...

No change. But printing is the only (slight) drawback I've seen - I usually export and then print from Office.

I'm having the same problem, export to Word seems to be the only option at this point. I usually print my daily readings to One Note and then annotate with the pen on my Surface. But like the others it just spools and then eventually fails.
Has Logos provided any feedback?

Bradley above - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/113723/753257.aspx#753257 - said they were looking into it.
I haven't seen anything since then

This problem should be fixed in 6.5 RC 2 (which should be available by Monday, 10 August at the latest).
