highlighting ESV

Alberta:

why won't ESV highlight?

First thought: Do you have the appropriate note file turned on in the ESV? Check the visual filter menu in the ESV (three circles icon).

If the above doesn't fix your problem, please provide more details. "updates current" isn't very informative. Screen shots might help.
