Here are the logs for my start up to help see why Logos updating my library every time I start the program. Thanks for you help.
2402.LogosError.log
8284.Logos.log
0777.LogosError-2.log
I don't know if this is telling you anything, but this is the logs that I received when I followed the online instructions.
It looks like you were successful in grabbing the logs. [:)]
I have <some> ability to read logs, but this issue is beyond me. I do notice that you are running win10, right? I think I read about some users who, during the upgrade to 10, ended up with a new directory path to resource files. At least I think I did. [:s]. Perhaps that is happening to you? Have you checked your library to get a count? Does it look right? What about storage on your drive? Is it what you expect?

I am running windows 10; however, I was having this problem before upgrading to it.
Can you post the following file: C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\o1b133r3.cms\ResourceManager\BibleKnowledgebase\Discovered.db
Sorry, I cannot. I do not have a AppData in my 'Michael' folder.
I did find it when I searched with Cortana, nut I am not sure what you want me to do with it. Because when I manually search for it, I still cannot find it.

By default, Windows hides this folder. You can make it visible by turning on the option displayed below:
Alternatively, you can just paste the folder into the box at the top of the explorer window: C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\o1b133r3.cms\ResourceManager\BibleKnowledgebase\
I cannot find it anywhere.

It looks like we posted about the same time. Did you try my suggestion for showing hidden files?

I was able to manually search for the search string and it showed four files. But Windows 10 is not being very cooperative in letting me post the screen shot. What exactly would we be looking for?
