Logos 6 / Windows 10
I'm having problems opening Logos 6.
I am now running windows 10.
I have uninstalled (run ccleaner free version) and reinstalled Logos 6 a number of times, but each time encounter the same problem.
Logos starts to load and then asks me to sign in. During the sign in process I get the message:
"Logos Bible Software has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I attach my log file.
Can anybody help?

Hi Stephen,
It looks like something has gone wrong with one of your documents. It's not an error that I've seen before.
It's possible that deleting C:\Users\Stephen\AppData\Local\Logos\Documents\5ztkimsd.ss4\Documents\DocumentInfo.db will fix it. That file contains a list of all the documents you've created. If you delete it, Logos will create a new version using the information synced from the server.
If that doesn't work, we'll probably need to find the specific document (or at least the document type) that's causing the problem. But deleting that file is the first step, I think.

Don't delete the DocumentInfo.db file.
Rather, delete all the files named "documents.*" in the C:\Users\Stephen\AppData\Local\Logos\Documents\5ztkimsd.ss4\Documents folder.
And if you can upload documents.dcm to us (zip it and attach it to a forum reply) first, that would be great; it may let us diagnose and fix the underlying problem.

Thanks Mark
I can't find the folder:
C:\Users\Stephen\AppData\Local\Logos\Documents\5ztkimsd.ss4\Documents\DocumentInfo.db
I can only find C:/Users/Default.migrated/AppData/Local
This file only has Microsoft docs in. I've run a search for the files you mentioned, but they don't appear.

Thanks Bradley
As I said to Mark, I can't find the files you mention.
I've also ran a search for documents.dcm, but can't find that either.

C:\Users\Stephen\AppData
This is a hidden folder. Go to Folder Options (File Explorer Options in Win 10) in Control Panel and select Hidden folders in the View tab.

Deleting the suggested files, including the two above seems to have worked.
My resources are downloading and Logos is in the process of preparing my library. So far so good!
Thanks so much for the help.
