Bug: 6.6 Beta 1 Corresponding Words Visual Filter
Not sure if this is a bug but it is unexpected behavior. With the above new function turned on in a Bible, the Information panel no longer words on hover or click. I would expect it to work on click but maybe have trouble on hover (although it should be able to figure that one out). Regardless it doesn't work either way.

On my machine, Information panel works with Click mode, but I'm able to reproduce the problem in Hover mode.

I am also using Windows 10 with 6.6 Beta 1 and the hover is working for me.

So you can get information in the Information panel when hovering over a word while the Corresponding Words Visual Filter is on under Windows 10? I can't get that and neither can Jacob.

I am able to reproduce this bad behavior :-( the hover nor the click activates the information panel unless I turn off this new corresponding word filter, after which, the information tool immediately begins working properly

Information panel will start responding to hover with the Corresponding words filter enabled in the next beta.
We'll continue to investigate the click issue.

Jacob, if you switch from click to hover, hover will not work neither will click. You have to switch back to click for it to start working again.

No Mark it works for me and I have always used the hover and it's still working with Windows 10 and 6.6 Beta 1. I only have the definition open and everything else is closed but the definition is working every time I hover on a word. And I have the Corresponding Words Visual Filter off. When I turn it on it does not work.

It is by design that the information panel doesn't listen for clicks when the panel is in the Hover mode.
Mark: when you're reporting that click does not work, are you putting the information panel into Update on Click mode (on the panel menu)?

That's exactly the point of this post. With Corresponding Words turned ON the Information panel doesn't respond on hover.

No I hadn't. When I do it works. Thanks.
So there is a 'work-around' to have both function. If it is possible to get the Info panel to work on hover with Corresponding Words turned on that would be nice. (Just read your earlier post about the next beta. Thanks.)
