Factbook Community Tags section is missing in 6.6 beta 1

Following up on https://community.logos.com/forums/p/114456/757713.aspx#757713 I can't see the Factbook Community Tags section in 6.6 beta 1 on Windows 8.1
The first screenshot below is from 6.5 (which has the section)
The second shot is from 6.6 b1 which doesn't
Is anyone else seeing this?

This should be fixed in 6.6 Beta 4.
