Problems since Windows 10 install

I have been for two days trying to get Logos 6 to download a book I purchased. All my other devices have picked it up and put it into the library except for my home computer running Windows 10. I have restarted the program and the computer several times to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

If you type "update now" in the command box what response do you get?

Please enable diagnostic logging as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem and post logs after starting Logos, typing "update now" (and wait for it to complete its checks) and then closing Logos

I have had two books ready to download for 2 weeks and they still will not come in. I have done everything I can think of.
