Missing Visual FIlters with Verbum 6.5 SR-1 and Verbum Now

Hi FL folks,
My visual filters for the RSVCE seem to be missing lately. I'm running Verbum 6.5 SR-1 with Verbum Now. Is there something I can to do restore them, or is this some sort of bug in the program?
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Can you see the filters in your documents menu?
Are the filters selected in the resource pane?
Can you run a Morph search?
If yes to the first two and no to the last, then you likely have a corrupt index and it will need to be rebuilt. It is possible that rebuilding the Bible index only would fix the problem. If not, then the entire index will need to be rebuilt.
To rebuild enter Rebuild Bible Index or Rebuild Index in the command box

Like Brian, I am also having trouble with Visual Filters with the latest edition of the RSVCE in Verbum Now. I'm not sure, however, if my problems are the same as his, so Brian please share more details if not!
As an example of the type of problems I'm seeing, here is a screenshot of me hovering over the word "light" in the RSVCE, with the new Visual Filter "corresponding Words - same lemma, same root" (this is functionality of the new Beta, but I wonder if it reflects problems with the RSVCE reverse-interlinear):
Apart from the color problems... notice the placement of the megaphone. There is something wrong. Most of the other Visual Filters seems to be working correctly in the RSVCE, however.
And here is the same action and filter in the ESV, where it works correctly, and the megaphones are in the correct place:

From your description and screenshot it seems either the resource or its index is corrupt. You could try the command reindex RSVCE and see if that helps, otherwise I woud suggest hiding and unhiding the resource (potentially followed by another reindex of it)
EDIT:
it seems, the adressee and speaker labels are off for me, too - maybe Faithlife needs to ship a new version - but the corresponding words do work for me (note I'm running the Logos, not the Verbum codebase)

Good ideas. Unfortunately, I just tried both, and the problem continues the same. (note: I'll be out for the next week, so will follow up on this after September 7th or so).

Hi Fred,
Thanks for the troubleshooting help. I was in a workshop this morning, and apologize for my slow response to your post.
1) I can see the RSVCE filters in my documents menu, and when I pull them up they seem to have the right searches/formatting.
2) The filters are not listed/not available in the RSVCE's visual filters menu (Circles menu on the resource's pane).
3) Morph searches don't seem to work right now. I'll try a "Rebuild Index" and report back afterwards.
[edit]: Tried both Rebuild Bible Index and Rebuild Index, and both morph search and my visual filters are still broken.

Thanks Bradley. Here's more info to consider: when I alter an RSVCE visual filter to do the same sort of filtering on the NRSV (for example) it works as expected, and is listed, available for selection/deselection in the NRSV's visual filters menu.

We just published some corrected resources that should fix this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience!
