Notes and reading plans not syncing

Hi All,
I know there is currently ongoing maintenance to notes, but according to that thread I think it should be back up and running now?
As of this morning, changes to my notes, reading plans, highlights, new notes documents etc haven't been synching between MacBook and iPad. I first noticed the problem when I amended the timings and title of a reading plan on my MacBook — these changes never showed up on the iPad.
Notes made on Monday synced as normal, and I haven't changed any settings since then, or done anything differently.
I'm using:
OSX 10.5.5
Logos 6.5 SR-1
App version 4.6.4
Thanks for any advice!

Do changes to Reading Plans show up at biblia.com and do new notes documents appear at documents.logos.com?
I'm trying to determine whether the problem is syncing from the Mac to the Logos cloud or from the cloud to the iPad

Yes — all my notes, highlights etc have shown up at documents.logos.com. I can also see new Notes Documents I created today both on my iPad and MacBook.
However I can see no Notes Document at documents.logos.com for my reading plan — either the new or old version. I deleted the old version on my iPad while trying to make the changes sync — presumably the fact that both versions are missing from logos.com means that the delete synced, but not the new document from the mac?

This is the first time I've logged in to biblia.com, but as far as I can see, the reading plan isn't showing up here. I can find Calvin's Institues in my Biblia library, but under Reading Plans, it says "You have not started any reading plans".

I wonder if these issues are related to the - now-finished - maintenance on reading plan sync.
If noone comes up with any other ideas I would recommend contacting Customer Service - details at https://www.logos.com/contact - and see if they can help further.
Edit: And I've cross-posted a link to this in the Sync Services maintenance thread at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/114962/763748.aspx#763748

We found and fixed a server-side problem that could have caused the sync issue you are describing.
Please note that sync does not run right away on the iPad after a change occurs on another device. You need to either make a change to a document on the iPad, or suspend and resume the app to trigger a sync right away (go to the home screen and then go back to the app). Otherwise, sync checks in with the server periodically in the background by polling the server every few minutes.
If you continue to see sync issues, please let us know.
