I am examining Gen 5:29 in BHS/4.2 Morph.  If I do a morph seach on common noun proper masculine, I get different results flagged in ver 3 vs ver 4, in Gen 5:29 for the last word of the verse יְהוָֽה , which both define as noun/proper name. Ver 3 highlights it in results, ver 4 does not (beta 9).  It seems ver 4 is correct, as it is not common or masculine, the hover text just says proper noun; is that a correct assumption on my part, and therefore ver 3 is incorrect?

Both are right! But it's important to note that a proper noun does not have any other attributes in Westminster Morph (unlike Andersen-Forbes).

If you choose Noun Proper in v3 the list for Person, Gender, Number does not open. Even if you add Gender it still returns a code np! So v3 sort of says "I'll apply the gender to common nouns [ncm] and ignore the gender (dummy!) to give you a proper noun [np]"

v4 is more literal, looking for n[^g]m  ie. noun, not gentilic, and masculine.
