I have not been able to launch Logos 6 for several weeks now on my iMac.
I have updated to OS X 10.11, however the same issue occurred with OS X 10.10 as well.
The icon shows up in the dock for a split second and instantly disappears.

Welcome! Sorry you are having troubles. Why did you wait so long?
I think your issue should be a simple fix. Please trash the application from the applications folder, then download and install the newest engine from the link in my signature line. NOTE: you will not lose notes and downloaded resources as those are stored elsewhere.

That solved the issue.
I have been using Logos on my MBP, hence I was not in a hurry to fix the problem.
OK. Don't hesitate to jump in the forums to ask questions and seek help.
This solution worked for me. Perhaps it is because I just made my last payment to Logo 6 that it crashed. LOL
Anyway appears my library is stored some place completely different (so it was not deleted when I had to delete the app), so this was the fastest re-install for Logos ever. Thanks...

Correct. Deleting the app is insignificant compared to the user folders, which is where notes, resources and indices are stored.
