I have a new install of Verbum (6.6 SR-26.6.0.0069) that seems to be working fine. I also have a 1999 print copy of Luke Timothy Johnson's The Writings of the New Testament that came with a CD. It is marked "Libronix Digital Library System".
How do I get Writings into my new Verbum library?
Hi Kelly, welcome to the Logos user forums!
If the CD came with a so-called product key in a format like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, you can activate it easily online at http://logos.com/redeem - otherwise it's probably most helpful to contact customer support who can add it to your account (once you prove them your ownership). In both cases it will download automatically into your Verbum installation once the license is associated with your user ID.
Hope this helps,
Mick

Thanks for the quick response. I found the website and entered the (20, not 16) code from the CD sleeve. Unfortunately, I received
Code already in use
Please contact the organization that issued this code to resolve any issues
I'm sure it's my previous Libronix install that's messing it up.
Is there a good email that will get to someone who can compare the two databases and verify me?
Thanks,
Kelly

Did you use the same user-id on Libronix? If so, you could start Libronix and try if tools / manage licences is capable of reconciling what you own there with what you own in Logos. If you used a different user-id (i.e. e-mail address), customer service will need to combine those two, which I understand is a manual thing.
I called Verbum Customer Service (1-800-875-6467 or 1-360-527-1700)
They quickly confirmed my facts and told me Johnson would be available within 24 hours. They had to merge my two accounts.
I signed in later and found it in my library.
Great! Good to hear that you have it now in your Verbum application.
