I chose to take my free month of Logos cloud for a spin, but unfortunately the new additions (the new features) to my Library has made it slower. Is there any way I can remove it?
Hi Rafe. Sorry to hear that the update is making it slower. The updates shouldn't slow down your computer except while downloading and then indexing. If you can wait until the download and index are complete, your computer and Logos should return to their normal speed. I encourage you to wait if you can.

Thanks. The problem is not indexing. Also, I have canceled the subscription but it will not remove the resources and the new features from my library. Maybe it won't until the subscription period is up.
Rafe, which Cloud library did you choose? It's possible that you didn't have enough free space on your drive. Once a drive fills beyond a certain point performance will start to degrade.
Canceling your subscription simply tells the system not to renew at the end of your trial. Your licenses will expire at that point. Then you can regain that space by running the delete locked resources command.
If you need your space back before then, our customer service team will need to assist you.
I too need to free that space before that. What can I do?
