Its not the 'alpha' that frustrates it the 'fully paid for resources'. We need a really clear set of instructions.

Having read the forum for a while I detect a real willingness to struggle along with the alpha - posting logs and making ironic comments (non US citizens only) all with good humour and esprit de corps (French users only).

However the times people get a little frustrated is when they buy new resources and find that there are virtually no instructions for getting them into the alpha. Even down to the silly announced requirement to enter a code that can be found on the packaging. When no code can be found on the packaging.

This is the one area where customer services should get a clear and precise set of instructions published. While we don't mind struggling with our resources in the alpha it is a pain when having paid for them we are at a loss as to how to get them inserted.

Time to move these instructions up the priority list I think.
