Lemma in Passage
From the 608 Beta 1 Release Notes

Lemma in Passage
Note that this feature requires an internet connection, as data is provided by a Logos service.
Added a new section which features lemmas which are discussed in a resource, as opposed to used in a resource. For example, a commentary discussing the use of ἀγαπάω instead of just searching for when ἀγαπάω is used in the original language texts.
This section appears in the Passage Guide, Exegetical Guide, and Bible Word Study. It has a different function between PG/EG and BWS:
Passage Guide/Exegetical Guide:
- Provides lemmas discussed for a given reference range.
- Results can be viewed by Lemma or by Resource.
- Results are sorted by count, and list the lemma alongside the context in which it’s discussed.
Bible Word Study:
- Provides discussions of a lemma in commentaries ordered by Bible reference.
- Results can be viewed by Passage or Resource, and are grouped and ordered by Biblical book.
I must have missed something. How does this work? I can't find any such entry in the PG.

Hi Jack.
I believe beta 2 will insert the section by default. For now, you'll need to click on "Add" (top right of guide) and select "Lemma in Passage" from the list to add it to a current instance of the Passage Guide, Exegetical Guide, or BWS.
Note I've experienced (and reported) a crash attempting to edit the Exegetical Guide template to include the section (on Windows 8.1).

A-ha, now I see. However, when I added the feature of a BWS on σωτηρία, keep clicking More and scrolling, I finally come to Romans. Now, I have an incredibly long unordered list of resources. The first resource in the list—which is not prioritized— appears twice
I get the same unordered list of resources in PG and EG. This could be a useful feature, but it needs much refinement.

This is fixed in 6.8 Beta 3.

Much better.
However, I now note that—while I can set a range—results are always displayed for the entire Bible. That would be a nice addition.
Also note that hovering over the title of a commentary does not produce an identifying popup. That would be a nice addition. Unless I remember that the red cover is Lange, I could be mystified. I did see that hovering over the verse reference does produce a popup that includes the source.

Rick, I don't have the option to add "Lemma in Passage" for some reason. I've double checked my version, and I've got 6.8.0, updated today. What else can I try?
Thanks.

Oh, it's only on Logos Now? That's the problem then.
Thank you.

Apparently so. I don't think things have settled in very well in the forums about where and how to report these things. Logos Now subscribers, when they also beta test, don't have a great place to post. Perhaps there should be a Logos Now Beta forum.

The Logos Desktop Beta forum is an appropriate place to report issues for Logos Now subscribers who encounter bugs in a beta version of the desktop software.
Problems with the web app should be reported in the separate "Logos Web App" forum. (There isn't a beta/non-beta distinction there.)
