The Corresponding Words visual filter doesn't play nicely with the Logos LXX.

To reproduce, here was my test setup:

  1. Close all resources apart from:
  • An English Bible with reverse-interlinear OT (e.g. ESV).
  • The Lexham English Septuagint
  • Septuagint with Logos Morphology.
  • Turn on the Corresponding Words visual filter in all three resources, with lemma and root selected.
  • Turn to Genesis 1.
  • And now the steps:

    1. In the ESV, click or hover on the word 'waters' in verse 2.
    2. Note that the word ὕδατος is highlighted in the Logos LXX in several locations.
    3. Note that no words are highlighted in the LES. This is correct. It uses a Greek text, whereas the ESV uses a Hebrew text. Whilst it would be nice if words were highlighted, I understand why they're not.
    4. Now click on the word 'water' in verse 2 of the LES.
    5. Note that the word 'water' is highlighted in several locations in the LES, but not in the Logos LXX. Both the Logos LXX and LES have an underlying Greek text, so the Logos LXX should highlight.
    6. Click a white space to clear the highlighting.
    7. Now click the word ὕδατος in Genesis 1:2 in the Logos LXX.
    8. Note that the additional ὕδατος words are not highlighted in the Logos LXX, even though they are in the LES.

It appears as though the corresponding words VF works for Hebrew, for not for Greek in the Logos LXX. It should work for both.
