I still can't get logos to open. I have even uninstalled, deleted application files and reinstalled with the new installer and it still won't open. It will sign in and crashes on the syncing page. I skipped this but it makes no difference, it just crashes a little earlier.

any suggestions?

p.s. I have Christmas sermons to prep!

This is a difficult to diagnose and will require input from Faithlife. If possible, I suggest you contact Tech Support.

This is a crash in WPF (the Microsoft user interface library we use), which we can't fix directly.

Based on information in LogosError.log, I suspect it may be related to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\WPF\Fonts\GlobalUserInterface.COMPOSITEFONT; perhaps that file is corrupt or missing.

Try repairing .NET 4.6 from Control Panel to see if that helps the issue.
