uploading purchase to laptop

can't remember how to get a purchase already on desktop onto my laptop.  Using macs

shut down and restart, update now etc no effect.

It should download automatically onto your laptop from Logos servers - it is not dependent on your desktop at all

Alberta:
shut down and restart, update now etc no effect.

These steps should normally do it.

Are you running the same versions of the software on both machines? Some resources require particular versions to enable them to be downloaded

Are you SURE to use the same account to log into the Macbook as you used on the desktop?

And be sure to check your internet connection on the Mac: www.speedtest.net
