Crash on scrolling Visual Filers
Catching up on the 30 day training, day 3 (busy last few days). Walking through each step as presented.
When I got to turning off the visual filter, I opened the Visual Filter dialog and began to scroll to the note file. Logos crashed. I restarted and tried again and the same thing happened at the same point (when attempting to scroll down through the visual filters).
Here are the logs:

This is on 6.9 Beta 3 (6.9.0.0013)

Further testing:
I find if I collapse the sections of my highlighting file and then navigate (even using scrolling), Logos does not crash. If all sections are not collapsed, then Logos will crash, even after successfully navigating to any section of the visual filters dialog.
For now the workaround is to collapse the sections of the visual filter and only expand those sections where I need to see the detail.

I had the same problem.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

This appears to be the same as Martha's crash (and the logs are similar).

I have had this problem as well in all three betas, just hadn't gotten around to reporting it....

Logos crashed.
I am able to reproduce this crash and will create a case to get this fixed.

The crash is caused by the Community Notes section. don't expand it, we will get this resolved in an upcoming beta.
