The software is trying to open
C:\Users\Whyndell Earl\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\0yzboier.jcx\LicenseManager\Products.db and it fails.
Looks as though something else has the file open.
Do you know if there are any background tasks running which could do this?
Do you, in some way, have multiple Logos instances running on the same computer?0 -
No- Iwas trying to read some of the error and crash file did not understand the issue with the license manager products/ the only thing I have done today was the backup, but it is on a stand alone HD that is not even mentioned in either file.

Have tried a couple of things, but it looks like something has happened to the license file- there are no other L6 tasks running, or other features running that would interfere.
I unplugged the power to cause hard shut down, but on restart have the same issue. Current logs read the same as the initial error and crash reports.

Ok- deleted the contents of the licensemanager folder- restarted L6 - is preparing library as I type this so hopefully all is well.

I'd guess that permissions on that file/folder have been removed or corrupted.
Try the steps here to fix the folder permissions: https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/error-writing-to-file

I have Win 10- its similar to *- but I looked at this- I think I'll wait for my guru son to come over.

If you got it working again, no need to fix the folder permissions (but maybe keep it in mind if the problem happens again).
