Problem with Beta Version 6.10.0.0017
I downloaded 6.10.0.0017 last night. I have a Mac Pro (desktop). In NASB or ESV when I try to hover over the Loew-Nida or Strong numbers, a hand will appear but no information. Even when I left-click, nothing happens (it does not pull up in a separate window). I waited until the program had completely indexed so that is not the problem.
I have Logos on my Macair laptop also. I have not downloaded the beta version on it yet. And all the functions for Loew-Nida and Strongs numbers are working perfectly on it.
Please advise.

It could (uncertain) be Mac specific since I can't reproduce this on PC. Hopefully a Mac user can attempt to reproduce it, my Mac is down at the moment.

I can reproduce this on Mac only in 6.10 Beta 3. This is not an issue in 6.9 SR-1.
I will create a case to get this fixed.

Any word on when this might get fixed? This is a very annoying problem.

Don't tell George S that I enables the Interlinear display [:P]. But both Strong and L-N work properly in 6.10 Beta 4. Perhaps it was fixed with this beta release. Have you tried it with Beta 4?

Inline interliner or the interliner at the bottom? I noticed in Beta 3 it was just the inline interliner. Haven't tested it in Beta 4....

The in-line interlinear is where the problem is.

Thought I would try the inline interlinear to verify your lack of results.
Well, something happened when I left clicked—Logos disappeared, but without an Apple crash dialog. Probably punishment for using an interlinear [8-|].

BTW: Along with George Somsel, I believe that an interlinear is a dangerous crutch that will actually hinder learning the language. I see the benefit of Logos' reverse interlinears, but only for background. Displaying them is a hinderance to language acquisition.
In any case, I can verify your bug report—and then some.

This should be fixed in 6.10 RC1.
