Release Notes
Note: We skipped over publishing version 6.10 SR-1 to all users, this version addressed some of the issues that customers were having from the initial 6.10 release. 6.10 SR-1 was published to the forum threads that it resolved, instead of a wide release because we were still working on resolving a bug that impacted a few customers very severely. 6.10 SR-2 includes all of the fixes from SR-1 and the one we needed a little more time on.

Don Awalt: Angela is there a Verbum update? Mine is still on 6.10.0.0026 but no updates have come down trying all the usual ways...
I tried to see if I could reproduce the update issue you are having unfortunately I was unable to do so.
Here are the links for Verbum:
Verbum Mac
Verbum Windows
The update is not helping. My Mac is stuck in "Preparing library".
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Steve

Post logs in your other thread. This symptom isn't identical to what others were experiencing.

I have Logos 6 installed with Verbum active, had to switch from Beta Channel to the Default Channel to get SR-2 to download.

That is the expected behavior. "Service Releases" aren't beta.
Since the update, I am unable to access "search this resource," et al in the contextual menu. I have redownloaded the latest .dmg (OS X) from Logos, restarted the Mac, reset SMC and PRAM. Additionally, the library as indexed approximately 4 times, today.(my emergency isn't your emergency, but I am working my Thesis which needs to be completed by April 1.)
Any help is appreciated!P.S. I do not know how to capture logs to provide you with more information.

I'm in Windows 10 (32bit) - the update forced a full re-indexing. Unexpected & seems unnecessary.
