Thanks for fixing the linespacing issue with 'Lord' when written in small caps. There's another I've spotted. I *think* it's linked to the chapter number as it appears at the start of each chapter:
Yeah, that comes from choosing a pre-determined ratio to divide the lines instead of choosing a specific pixel count to divide them.
It's best to leave it alone and let ratios determine the spacing, since that allows the users to modify the zoom and retain what good formatting we do have.
Or just the number 3 can have it's baseline shifted. Again, a pixel-based modification, but it might work for most zoom settings.
