1. In this case because I wanted to separate the daily lectionary from the Sunday lectionary, I did not use the Verbum lectionary as the base but rather used a web page (Felix Just) to place all the lectionary reading references onto the clipboard. Then using Documents ==> Passage List to create a new passage list and add from clipboard to add the references, I create a passage list.

2. Next I use Documents ==> Visual Filter to create a visual filter. For illustration purposes I created 3 criteria with separate highlighting but they can be merged into a single selection criteria. I used:
- <LogosMorphGr ~ B?>, <LogosMorphGr ~ C?>, <LogosMorphGr ~ D???>, <LogosMorphGr ~ I>, <LogosMorphGr ~ J????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ N????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ P>, <LogosMorphGr ~ R??????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ T?>, <LogosMorphGr ~ V???????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ X?>
- <LogosMorphHeb ~ A>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ C?>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ D?>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ G>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ I>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ J????>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ N?????>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ P?>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ R??????>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ U????>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ V????????>, <LogosMorphHeb ~ X>
- <LogosMorphAram ~ A>, <LogosMorphAram ~ C?>, <LogosMorphAram ~ D>, <LogosMorphAram ~ G>, <LogosMorphAram ~ I>, <LogosMorphAram ~ J???>, <LogosMorphAram ~ N????>, <LogosMorphAram ~ P?>, <LogosMorphAram ~ R?????>, <LogosMorphAram ~ U????>, <LogosMorphAram ~ V????????>, <LogosMorphAram ~ X>
They basically apply the three morphologies (Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek) for all word types as the selection criteria.
Then I limit the filter to the Passage list created in step 1.

3. Admittedly the underlining is choppy but the net effect is that my Bible now has underlines for passages used in the daily lectionary and not for passages omitted from the daily lectionary. (Note to have a complete use of the use of scripture in the Church I would need to also identify Sunday & Feast day readings as well as readings from the Liturgy of the Hours.

If you are interested in the two reading Office of Readings Cycle - the most continuous reading in the Church's regular readings, they are available at:
The Two-year Scripture Lectionary for the Office of Readings: This lectionary was originally intended to be included in the current Liturgy of the Hours, but because of its huge size, it was left out, and a smaller one-year lectionary was used instead. This list appears in the one-volume breviary called Christian Prayer. I compared available versions out there and complied this printable list for personal use.
