Logos reliance on a deprecated product - Freebase

Please read https://www.freebase.com/
Given that Freebase was our safety net for the incomplete LCV when adding community tagging and given that I've been trying to tag the Talmud with the appropriate rabbis, and that I have been trying to tag the Christian saints resources with the appropriate names, this is a potential catastrophe
Think I'm over-reacting? Do a Factbook test on Peter Abelard and consider the difference in usefulness with or without community tags. Obviously, this example is in the LCV but it illustrates the usefulness of the community tags.
Is Faithlife going to port to Wikidata and assume that the relevant data will be accepted or are they going to add a mechanism for users to influence the available tags within Logos ... influence on a timely manner so that users can complete their projects.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

That's unlikely at this point.

It's possible, but not in the near future.
If the Freebase API completely shuts down (i.e., stops working instead of being described as "retired" by Google but still working), the desktop software will be limited to applying Logos-controlled references (LCV, BK, etc.) in Community Tags. The existing Community Tags will still be present, but the hover tips with more information about them may stop working, etc.
