How do I force the desktop app to download an updated notes file?

I have a note that I updated on my iPad whilst out this evening.

Having returned home, I cannot see the note on my desktop app.

I can see that the note has correctly gone up to the cloud (https://documents.logos.com) where it is showing as edited today.

The desktop app shows the file as of Apr 11 ... there are actually a couple of edits that have not synced.

I have clicked on the 'circular arrows' in the top right ... they span before going grey (no warning triangles etc.).

I have tried 'update now' but that does not work (I did not think it would) ... is there an equivalent that would poke my notes into synchronising?

Have you restarted the app? Mac?

Yes it has been restarted daily since Apr 11, and a couple of times before starting this thread.

Youll need to upload logs then.

I have tried a new document ... and that has synced ... but the original document (City Gates Sermons) still remains without sync. I have not checked if there are any other documents that are 'stuck'.

Bump.

I now have another document (only two notes) that refuses to download onto the desktop app but seems to be up-to-date on https://documents.logos.com 

How do I trigger a download? 

Is there a fix in the pipe line?

Combined with the performance issues of the iPad app, the long standing 'paste' bug and then this ... it is becoming extremely difficult  for Logos to be used in a simple note taking work flow!

Sorry for being a bit of a monologue ...

I saw this thread https://community.logos.com/forums/t/126014.aspx by Mark Barnes, posted today. I tried the Sync Repair Command and after a couple of hours watching the sync arrows circle ... no difference ... I am not sure if that is what the command is supposed to be for ...

Restarting the app after the command had completed did not yield any results either.

Can somebody remind me of a tech support email address so that I can make contact with FL directly?

I have just found one by the simple expedient of looking at the Logos site ... should have done so earlier Embarrassed

The page https://www.logos.com/contact gives an email address tech@logos.com which gets an autoreply from tech@faithlife.com

Typically the worst way to get support at Faithlife  is via a generic email address. If you had a specific email address, and the user was expecting your email, that would be a different story.

I am unaware of:

1) performance issues of the iPad app (unless you are talking about editing long Notes - we are aware of that issue - I believe you've already posted in the mobile forums).

2) the long standing 'paste' bug. Is that a Desktop or mobile issue?
