1. The Section Bar on the Title/Description Section which is always the first section and cannot be removed is a simplified version of the standard Section Bar. It contains:
- an expand/collapse arrow head
- an optional user supplied title
- the reference (in parentheses after an user supplied title, otherwise as here)
- a right-click Section Bar Menu with a single option - Refresh which refreshes all sections of the Guide.

2. Fields on a standard Section Bar:
- an expand/collapse arrow head
- section name (fixed)
- optional resource collection assigned to section
- an optional Settings function
- an X to delete the section

3. You may move the section via drag and drop of the Section Bar.

4.When there are no results for a section, a message of "no results" will appear.

5. Right clicking on the Section Bar will bring up the standard Section Bar Menu. This allows you to:
- Expand a collapsed section OR Collapse an expanded section
- Move the Section up (or down) one position in the Guide
- Expand or Collapse all sections of the Guide (I keep forgetting this is where collapse all is which is what I always want before closing the Guide)
- Settings which opens the Settings option that is on the Section Bar itself (see details below)
- Refresh which refreshes only this section
- Save as Passage List (not shown) which creates a Passage List names <Guide template name> | <Guide instance name> > <Section name>
- Add notes which opens the standard notes at the bottom of the section
- Copy which copies the Guide section into the clipboard. Example:
BIBLICAL EVENTS
Events mentioned
Cain and Abel • Ge 4:1–8 (Jud 11)
Korah rebels • Nu 16:1–17 (Jud 11)
- Delete which performs as the delete function (X) at the right edge of the Section Bar deleting the section from this particular instance of the Guide.
When an option is not applicable, it will be grayed out as in "Moved up" as the section is already in the top position i.e. immediately below title/description.

6. The most common settings option is the ability to select a collection. Applicable collections are shown in the following order:
- Logos defined collections
- User defined collections
- Tags and ratings collections
- Series collections
Note the option to set the number of commentaries shown. Sometimes as in Apparatuses, one is not able to set collections but you are able to set the count. Sometimes as in Biblical Theologies one can set collections but not count.

7. A few sections have distinctive settings e.g. Compare versions where one sets Bible version and View (Display mode):

or Word by Word where one sets number of occurrences and word classification:

in some cases, the selection is of Bibles or of language rather than of collections:

or of specialized resources for a particular section:

Please let me know if I'm missing anything on the Section Bar.
