Logos Uservoice Problem

I have been a long term user of uservoice.  Lately, my password was rejected and I received an email to change the password due ot a security issue.  I have attempted to change the password as suggested, but it never works.  I always get a message that says "Whoops that was not supposed to happen" and "Our technicians are working on it".

The problem is that the technicians cannot be working on it, because the issue is never resolved.  Is anyone else having a problem?  Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to resolve this?  What good is uservoice if one is not able to sign in?

Last night I received a message that my login had been compromised and had been reset.

Yes, this is what I am referring to. When I sign in, it tells me my password needs to be reset.  I get an email to reset it.  I reset my password and press enter and get the message error 500:

Whoops! That wasn’t supposed to happen.

Our engineers have been notified of the problem and will be looking into it shortly.

This message has appeared over and over again
