Hangs also when click on Strong's link.  I have upgraded through the years. Should I do a re-install?  If so, should I uninstall first?  What would be the best method for fixing this problem?

It's probably quicker to do a reinstall!

1) Execute PurgeLDLS.bat - normally in C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS\System (see Note 1).

2) Install LDLS from the v3 Installation DVD/CD or the web page http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls/newuser (see Note 2).

3) Remove any installation CD/DVD and start Libronix (see Note 3).

NOTES

1) PurgeLDLS.bat will remove Windows registry entries and Libronix system files. It does not remove any user data, including your licence file. Most importantly, it preserves all your addins, parallel passages, home pages, etc. that are in \Common.

2) If you don't have the current release on DVD/CD you can update from the web page.

3) If necessary, you will have to separately install Logos Smart Tags
