With Verbum library name changes (to match other denominations), puzzled by Fr. Charles R. Matheny no longer showing Verbum Master (6) in About => Downgraded? (shows Bronze instead of a larger library name)

Internally, our system correctly shows him as owning "Verbum Master (Verbum 6)," and from what Fr. Matheny said in that thread, it sounded to me like the source of confusion was a conversation with someone on our sales or support team rather than About. (Correct me if I'm missing something, but while you and Friedrich mentioned the About window, I don't see a response from him in that thread confirming that he checked it and was seeing the wrong thing there.)
If we can get confirmation from him that it's showing Bronze or something else incorrect, we can look into it.
