Have you checked the Visual Filter "corresponding search results" is enabled in the second case?

Not exactly hit and miss - proper names which are not tied to lemmas work. Have you used the right click key to identify the lemma & surface in the LES?

Thank you. There is also an interesting connection that I have found. When I do a search in the Logos LXX, and then do the same search in the Lexham LXX Swete, and then go back to the Logos LXX tab, more often than not, the LES in the Logos LXX tab will be highlighted. I am not sure why this is, but it is interesting.
Also to the above, yes, I have the corresponding search results checked in all tabs, and made sure they were checked in the individual resources. I have also been able to get non-proper nouns to highlight in the Logos LXX/LES tab, so it is not that.
