How to Move Default Highlight Pallets?

I've decided to do something different for my 2017 study and I created my own highlighter pallet, but I can't get it to be listed at the top of the pallet doc (and I know this is a minor thing but it's driving me nuts)?

I know it's just a matter of scrolling but if I could get my custom highlighter pallet at the top of the doc then I 4-5 lines of my own pallet, anyone know if this is even possible? You can't rename or delete the default pallets, if I could rename I thought it might work but you can't. Thanks.

The palettes that ship with Logos (Solid Colors, Emphasis, Highlighter, Inductive) cannot be moved. Any custom palettes you create will be sorted alpha-numerically below the stock palettes. So the best you could do would be to name you desired palette so that it is first in the list of custom palettes.

Also keep in mind that if you close the Highlighting Pane with only your palette expanded, it should reopen that way.

Yes, this was complained about loudly when it was implemented, but we had Foghorn Leghorn quoted to us. "Go away son. Ya bother me." In other words, they ain't gonna fix it.
