Genesis 48:15 not included in Cultural Concept: God as Shepherd

I asked in another thread about searching for all the areas where God is called Shepherd and wondered why Genesis 48:15 was not included in the search for the Cultural Concept. I was told it was probably a coding oversight and I should report it. So, here is my report.

Hi Luke, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I've made the correction and it should appear in a future update.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the Cultural Concepts dataset doesn't necessarily annotate every instance of a cultural practice.
For example, you can find a list of 43 passages that include the cultural concept of "eating" under the Factbook page for Meal Customs. But that's not intended to be a list of every time eating is mentioned in the biblical text: it doesn't include the Last Supper, for example (the Gospel passages here are included under the concept of Feast, however).
From the Lexham Cultural Ontology Dataset Documentation section on Frequently Asked Questions:
[quote]
Question: Does the Cultural Concepts section include every single instance of a concept?
Answer: No. As a part of our annotation standards (see above), we chose not to tag a concept if it was merely mentioned in a verse or passage.

Thanks, that is good to keep in mind.
