CRASH: Recurring under varying circumstances
7.4 Beta 2 Mac OS 10.12.2
This has been happening at random intervals since the release of 7.4 Beta 1, but have not had time to submit a crash report. This happens most often when switching layouts, but this one happened soon after opening Greek Grammar Beyond the Basics to the article on Imperatival Participles.
logos.log indicates a Mono error.

Attempted to restart Logos, but nothing visible happened.

Another crash while changing layouts—Logos simply disappears from the screen. This time there was no Apple Crash Report.

Log shows unhandled exception SIGILL. Saw response for same error 642274.aspx, but neither Media Browser nor Proclaim were involved.

She crashed again. Actually, crash is a bit of overstatement. Logos just disappears, sometimes with the OS crash dialog, sometimes—like this time—without any other indication of a problem.

Tried closing all open windows (Cmd-Opt-W) prior to changing layouts—Logos again disappeared.

Lewis has the same unhandled exception as I do, but the sequence leading to it is different. The SIGILL error may link them, but my log-reading expertise is quite limited.
In my case, the repeated crashes seem related to closing the Library window which I have open in a floating window on a secondary display in every layout. This crash occurred after I had used the layout for daily Bible reading. Then, I clicked on the close link (the red button) of the Library window, and Logos disappeared from both screens.

This is s known issue, and it should be fixed in the next beta release.

7.4 Beta 3 (7.4.0.0014)
