Text Comparison has error in Logos 7

I am in class and as I followed my instructor's direction to open text comparison, I get an error message and nothing populates.4353.Logos Log Files.zip

Please help.

One idea is opening Bible to desired verse (or highlighting a range of verses) followed by pressing F7 for pop-up with Text Comparison.

Please repeat text comparison crash followed by zipping files before opening Logos.

Zip file shows crash happened at 12:17:05 followed by Logos 7.3 SR-3 being launched again at 12:52:25 so contextual information about crash was overwritten in Logos.log file.

Logos.log file shows Logos opened and closed, but does not have a crash. Also lacks Comparison Tool.

Please open Logos 7 followed by opening Text Comparison tool. If Logos 7 crashes, please zip Logos Log File folder followed by reply with new zip file.

What error message are you seeing? Can you take a screenshot and link the image to your post (using the paperclip icon)?
